Naples, Italy (SportsNetwork.com) - Naples will play host to a Davis Cup quarterfinal showdown this weekend between Andy Murray-led Great Britain and Italy.

The best-of-five meeting will be held at Tennis Club Napoli, where things will get underway Friday with a rubber between Fabio Fognini and the visitors' James Ward. The other Day 1 match will pit the world No. 8 Murray versus Andreas Seppi.

Saturday's doubles will have an Italian tandem of Simone Bolelli and Paolo Lorenzi taking on a British duo of Colin Fleming and Ross Hutchins, while Sunday's reverse singles will pit the reigning Wimbledon champion Murray against Fognini and Ward versus Seppi.

The Brits are captained by Leon Smith, while the Italians are skippered by Corrado Barazzutti. Italy leads the all-time series, 11-4, including a win in their last meeting 30 years ago. The Brits captured their first-ever clash way back in 1922.

The Great Britian-Italy winner will meet the Switzerland-Kazakhstan victor in a semifinal in September.
