Morris reportedly to be Yale's offensive coordinator
New Haven, CT – Former Massachusetts head football coach Kevin Morris will be named Yale's new offensive coordinator, according to reports Wednesday.
The coaching web sites Coachingsearch.com and Footballscoop.com reported the hiring.
Morris compiled a 16-17 record as UMass' head coach the last four seasons, then was fired after the 2011 season. UMass is leaving the FCS for the FBS level and the Mid-American Conference this year.
Morris would serve under Yale's new head coach, Tony Reno.
Yale finished 5-5 this past season.
