Denver Broncos superstar Von Miller returned to practice Wednesday for the first time since Aug. 22, having served his six-game suspension for violating the NFL's drug abuse policy.

By all accounts, he looked great — all 270 pounds of him.

Coach John Fox said his All-Pro outside linebacker "had an outstanding practice. Obviously he's got fresh legs and ready to roll and excited about the opportunity this week."

Miller had 30 sacks in his first two seasons for the Broncos, who went 6-0 in his absence despite the league's worst pass defense.

Miller makes his 2013 debut Sunday when the Broncos visit the Colts (4-2) in Peyton Manning's return to Indianapolis.
