The Race Of Champions (ROC) is heading to the United States of America. This is the first time in its history the race will held on American soil. The event will take place at Miami's Marlins Park baseball stadium on January 21-22, 2017.

Recent locations that ROC has been held include the Stade de France in Paris (2004-2006), London's Wembley Stadium (2007-2008), the 'Bird's Nest' Olympic Stadium in Beijing (2009), Dusseldorf's Esprit Arena (2010-2011), the Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok (2012), Bushy Park Barbados (2014) and London's former Olympic Stadium (2015).

The Race Of Champions is held annually and has been contested for 25 years. Drivers from Formula One, NASCAR, IndyCar, Le Mans, MotoGP, World Rally and the X Games battle head-to-head in identically prepared cars.

four-time Formula 1 world champion Sebastian Vettel will is the defending ROC Champion of Champions, a crown he won last year in London.

The diverse field also features NASCAR champion Kurt Busch plus IndyCar champion and Indianapolis 500 winner Ryan Hunter-Reay.
