Miami, FL – Greg Dobbs' two-run double in the eighth inning 5 victory over the Reds in the opening game of a doubleheader.
The Marlins broke a 3-3 tie in the bottom of the eighth inning with Omar Infante's go-ahead single and Dobbs' double. But Edward Mujica had trouble closing the game in the ninth, giving up a two-run homer to Todd Frazier and allowing the tying run to reach base.
However, Steve Cishek recorded the final two outs to secure the win for the Marlins, who snapped a six-game slide.
