Chattanooga, TN – John Mallinger fired his second consecutive under 65 on Saturday to remain atop the leaderboard after the third round of the Children's Hospital Classic.
Mallinger finished 54 holes at 20-under 196 and is two shots clear of Billy Hurley III, who had a six-under 66 on Saturday at Black Creek Mountain.
Mallinger is winless on the Nationwide Tour, but has posted four straight top- six finishes on the circuit.
Brice Garnett also shot a six-under 66 in round three and is alone in third at 17-under 199. Miguel Carballo carded a 65 and is fourth at minus-16.
