The Detroit Lions have signed veteran guard Leonard Davis.

The agency that represents the three-time Pro Bowl offensive lineman, Rep 1 Sports Group, announced the move on Twitter.

Davis, 33, started 64 straight games for the Dallas Cowboys from the time they signed him in 2007 until they released him and his $6 million salary prior to training camp this season.

He was the No. 2 overall draft pick behind Michael Vick in 2001, playing his first six seasons in the NFL for the Arizona Cardinals.

In 10 seasons with the Cardinals and Cowboys, the durable Davis missed only five games and started the other 155.
