The Tampa Bay Lightning signed goaltender Anders Lindback to a two-year contract on Friday.

Lindback was dealt to Tampa Bay by the Nashville Predators last month.

The 24-year-old Swede served as Pekka Rinne's backup in Nashville the last two seasons, going 16-13-2 with a 2.53 goals-against average and .914 save percentage.

The Lightning also signed defenseman Matt Taormina to a one-year, two-way contract.
