Levante loses Juanlu to broken leg
Valencia, Spain – Levante forward Juanlu sustained a broken leg Wednesday in the Copa del Rey and will be sidelined for an extended spell, leaving the La Liga club without its top scorer this season.
Juanlu, 32, leads Levante with six goals in league games this season, helping the club to fourth in the standings. He was injured in the second match of the Copa del Rey series against Deportivo, a 4-1 win that sealed an aggregate win.
