(SportsNetwork.com) - The New York Knicks will try to put the brakes on an 11- game losing streak, but it won't be easy Monday night as they travel to the FedExForum to meet the Memphis Grizzlies.

The Knicks haven't won since Dec. 12 in Boston. They've lost five consecutive road games and, with 31, have the most losses this season in the NBA.

"It will turn for us, it just doesn't look that way right now," Knicks coach Derek Fisher said.

On Sunday, the slide reached 11 games thanks to a 95-82 home loss to the Milwaukee Bucks. The Knicks have lost a franchise-worst 10 consecutive games at Madison Square Garden.

Carmelo Anthony, who has been in and out of the lineup due to left knee soreness, was held out Sunday.

Tim Hardaway Jr. poured in 17 points and J.R. Smith supplied 15 points, seven rebounds and four assists for New York, which has lost 11 in a row for the first time since 1984-85.

Cole Aldrich added 12 points, while Jason Smith chipped in 10.

Amare Stoudemire and Andrea Bargnani were also shelved on Sunday to rest nagging injuries.

The Knicks will visit Washington on Wednesday.

New York will have a hard time breaking out its funk in Memphis. The Grizzlies are 13-4 at home and recently owned a 22-game, home regular-season winning streak in FedExForum.

However, Memphis has dropped three of its last four as the host.

The Grizzlies had a three-game winning streak snapped last time out, a 114-85 road drubbing at the hands of the Denver Nuggets on Saturday.

Marc Gasol scored 18 points to lead the Grizzlies. Rookie Jordan Adams scored 12 in the final quarter on 5-of-6 shooting, while Jon Leuer finished with 10 points.

"We couldn't get stops," said Gasol. "You're not going to win too many games with that kind of defense."

In a game where the hosts took 31 trips to the line compared to Memphis' 13, frustration boiled over late in the third. After a Tony Allen foul was called in transition with 3:39 remaining, Grizzlies coach David Joerger was ejected when he quickly accumulated two technical fouls coming out onto the floor to argue the call.

After their coach was tossed, the Grizzlies were outscored 14-5 as the Nuggets led 83-60 after three. At the end of the period, Nurkic and Nick Calathes were assessed technical fouls after a heated argument between Nurkic and Gasol. Gasol took exception to Nurkic's two blocks just as the quarter ended.

The Grizzlies might get Zach Randolph back in the lineup Monday. He has missed the last seven games with right knee soreness and is listed as questionable for Monday.

The Grizzlies have won two straight and four of their last five against the Knicks. Memphis has also taken four of five as the host in this series.
