SACRAMENTO (Reuters) - Sacramento Kings leading scorer Tyreke Evans will miss three to four weeks with a left foot injury, the NBA team said on Tuesday.
Last season's Rookie of the Year has been plagued by a foot ailment this season and was re-examined before missing Sacramento's 117-97 loss to the Miami Heat on Tuesday.
Evans is averaging 18.3 points and 5.5 assists per game, both team-highs.
But the 6-foot-6 guard's numbers are down from his debut 2009-10 campaign and the Kings (13-41) have the second worst record in the Western Conference.
