It appears as though the marriage between Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom really is over.

After putting the initial filing on ice, reality TV star Kardashian has once again filed for divorce from the former NBA player in a Los Angeles court on Thursday citing irreconcilable differences, the Associated Press reports.

After getting married in 2009, the youngest Kardashian first filed for divorce from the NBA's 2011 Sixth Man of the Year in December 2013. The split was never finalized, however, and Kardashian withdrew the petition to divorce after Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel last year, and stayed by his side during his long medical recovery.

In February, Khloe Kardashian and Odom were seen in public together at brother-in-law Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 show at Madison Square Garden.

Apparently the reunion was short-lived. According to the divorce filing, Kardashian and Odom have a prenuptial agreement.
