Three-time Olympic gold medalist Kerri Walsh Jennings is one of the most recognizable names at this year's Summer Olympics, and she's back on the beach at the age of 37 to try and win her fourth consecutive Olympic beach volleyball tournament, this time alongside partner April Ross.

There are six pools of four teams in the preliminary rounds, and Walsh Jennings and Ross were drawn into Group C along with teams from Switzerland, China and Australia. The Americans have only played two matches of the single round-robin group stage so far, but they're undefeated thus far - and on Monday night Walsh Jenning and Ross smashed China 2-0, winning the second set by a score of 21-9.
