Connor Kacsor ran for 159 yards and a touchdown as Dayton pulled away in the second half to beat Morehead State 42-14 on Saturday.

Dayton (6-2, 4-1 Pioneer) broke a 14-14 tie in the third quarter with touchdowns on four consecutive drives, beginning with a 7-yard touchdown run by Kacsor. Will Bardo then had a pair of 1-yard touchdown runs to put the Flyers up 35-14 midway through the fourth. Robert Washington later ran for a 2-yard score for the final margin.

Dayton had 313 yards rushing and scored five touchdowns on the ground. Gary Hunter led the way receiving with six catches for 117 yards. It was the fourth straight game in which the Flyers have scored over 40 points.

Morehead State (3-5, 3-2) managed just 41 yards rushing and 223 total yards.
