Juventus failed to move back to the top of 1 draw at Bologna.

Juve has drawn four of its last five games and has shared the points on 13 occasions in 26 matches, leaving the club two points behind leaders AC Milan.

Former Juventus man Marco Di Vaio put the home side in front after 17 minutes when he got on the other end of a through ball from Gaston Ramirez to place his shot into the bottom corner of the net past goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon.

The visitors equalized in similar fashion after the break with Andrea Pirlo providing the ball for Mirko Vucinic to chip over the head of goalkeeper Jean Francois Gillet.

Bologna's netminder did well to keep Juve from scoring a second goal with saves on Stephan Lichtsteiner and Claudio Marchisio before Juve was reduced to men following a second yellow card to Leonardo Bonucci six minutes from time.

A run of 10 points from its last five games has Bologna seven points clear of the drop zone.

Parma 2, Fiorentina 2

Parma, Italy - Sebastian Giovinco converted a late penalty kick to salvage a 2-2 draw for Parma at home against Fiorentina.

A goal midway through the first half from Stefano Okaka Chuka had Parma in the lead, but it was canceled out on the hour mark by Fiorentina's Matija Nastasic.

Alessio Cerci's fourth goal of the campaign 11 minutes later had the Viola in front, only for Parma to claim a point with Giovinco's spot kick.

Mattia Cassani was whistled for the foul inside the area on Giovinco, and he made no mistake from 12 yards to help Parma grab its third point in five games to climb five points above the relegation zone.

Cesena 0, Catania 0

Cesena, Italy - Ten-man Cesena brought an end to its four-match losing skid on Wednesday as the club held off Catania to claim a 0-0 home draw.

Cesena defender Daniel Pudil was hit with a red card for dissent after 21 minutes, but the visitors were unable to take advantage and had to settle for a second successive draw after winning back-to-back matches.

The closest that either side came to breaking the deadlock was in the 71st minute when Catania's Pablo Barrientos fired a shot toward goal from 12 yards that came back off the post.

Sergio Almiron was sent off just before the final whistle for Catania for headbutting Cesena's Gianluca Comotto.
