Chicago, IL ( - Chris Thorburn and Bryan Little scored 28 seconds apart in the third period to lead the Winnipeg Jets to a 4-2 win over the Chicago Blackhawks on Friday.

Andrew Ladd and Zach Bogosian each posted a goal and an assist, while Michael Hutchinson stopped 31 shots for the Jets, who have won three straight.

"This team seems to always bring out the best in us," said Ladd. "They're a really good club over there and if you give them time they'll make you pay. I thought we did a good job of holding them in check."

Brandon Saad and Teuvo Teravainen each notched a marker for the Blackhawks, who have dropped two of their last three. Corey Crawford allowed three goals on 34 shots.

With the score tied, the Jets made it a 2-1 game on a crisp power play. Skating down the left wing, Blake Wheeler whipped the puck to the right side where Bogosian one-touched from back to the left and Little snapped it in at 9:31.

Just 28 seconds later, it was a 3-1 contest as Adam Lowry threw the puck on net from the inside right circle and Thorburn tipped it in from in front for his third of the year.

Teravainen scored the first goal of his career with 7:17 to play in the third as he flicked the puck in from in front off a broken play.

"Of course it's great to get the first one," said Teravainen. "But of course it would have been a lot better to get it in a win. Still, a nice feeling to score your first."

Chicago pulled Crawford for an extra skater late, but Ladd sealed the victory on an empty-netter with 29 seconds left.

The Blackhawks scored just 53 seconds into the game on a rush play thanks to Saad's backhander from the right wing, but Bogosian tied the game 10 minutes later on a one-timer blast from the high slot.
