FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis sat out practice with a groin injury, and his status for the team's game against Philadelphia on Sunday is uncertain.

Coach Todd Bowles did not mention Revis' injury at his news conference after practice Wednesday, and was not asked about the cornerback by reporters. Revis' status was not known publicly until the team released its injury report. Bowles was not expected to address the injury until Thursday.

Revis was selected the AFC defensive player of the week earlier in the day after recovering two fumbles and had an interception Monday night in New York's 20-7 win at Indianapolis.

When asked on a conference call Tuesday if any players other than Eric Decker (knee) were hurt Monday, Bowles mentioned only receiver Chris Owusu (knee).
