Jacksonville, FL – Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert left Monday's practice on a cart with a sprained right ankle.
Gabbert, who is entering his third NFL season, will be evaluated in the next two days.
The 23-year-old Gabbert is competing with Chad Henne for the starting job.
Gabbert started 10 games last year for the Jaguars and completed 162-of-278 passes for 1,662 yards, nine touchdowns and six interceptions.
The Missouri product has been a disappointment in his first two seasons with the Jaguars after being the 10th overall pick in the 2011 draft.
