Vedad Ibisevic scored on the half-hour as Stuttgart defeated Hamburg, 1-0, on Sunday at Imtech Arena for its second win during a three-game unbeaten streak in the Bundesliga.

Stuttgart is winless at home in four matches with two losses and two ties, but the result in Hamburg was its second road win along with a tie and a defeat in four matches away from home.

Hamburg was unbeaten in its last four, including three wins, but suffered its second loss in four home matches.

Stuttgart climbed to 12th in the standings on nine points, as it improved its record over its last six matches to 2-1-3. Stuttgart began the season with two straight losses. Hamburg is 10th with 10 points from eight matches.

Nurnberg 0, Augsburg 0

Nurnberg, Germany - Nurnberg snapped its four-game losing streak Sunday with a 0-0 draw against Augsburg at Frankenstadion in the Bundesliga.

Nurnberg started the season with two wins and a draw in its first three games, but lost to Eintracht, Hannover, Nurnberg and Freiburg and was outscored by a combined scores of, 11-2, during the losing streak.

Nurnberg posted second shutout of the season, and first since a season-opening win at Hamburg. Augsburg extended its unbeaten streak to three games with the draw.

Nurnberg is 15th on eight points from eight games. Augsburg sits 16th with six points.
