Indianapolis, IN – Draymond Green posted a double-double of ranked Michigan State Spartans 75 win over the Iowa Hawkeyes in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament.
Green added five assists, three blocks and a steal.
Adreian Payne supplied 16 points and seven rebounds for Michigan State (25-7), which snapped a two-game losing streak. Despite the consecutive losses, the Spartans still claimed the top seed in the tournament and a piece of the conference's regular-season championship, sharing the crown with Ohio State and Michigan.
Michigan State will face the winner of the game between 15th-ranked Indiana and No. 14 Wisconsin in Saturday's semifinals.
Keith Appling posted 12 points and six assists for the Spartans, who shot a sizzling 70 percent (21-for-30) during the opening 20 minutes and rested their starters for a big chunk of the second half as the contest became a rout.
Josh Oglesby made five three-pointers and finished with 20 points to pace eighth-seeded Iowa (17-16). Roy Devyn Marble and Zach McCabe scored 13 points apiece in defeat.
