Waived were tackle Levy Adcock, receiver Marcus Davis, defensive back Buddy Jackson, linebacker Charleus Dieseul, defensive tackle Bobby Skinner and kicker Jake Rogers.

Okam played for Houston and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Palmer played for Atlanta the previous three seasons.
