Remember last year's Chase race at Charlotte Motor Speedway when normally mild-mannered Matt Kenseth was so angry he put Brad Keselowski in a headlock after the Bank of America 500?

It was just the beginning of the fireworks that ultimately made for an unforgettable 10-week playoff.

Three weeks after Kenseth and Keselowski slugged it out, Keselowski and Jeff Gordon came to blows on pit road after contact on the track at Texas.

In both instances, members of the respective teams got involved in the fracas, leading to all-out fisticuffs that created major drama and extremely high tensions over the season's final weeks.

So with the Sprint Cup Series about to head back to Charlotte on Saturday night for Race One of the Chase Contender Round, are the gloves about to come off once again?

If it's anything like last year -- as captured in the above video -- you'd better buckle up and hold on tight.
