Robinson was docked for lowering his head and delivering a blow to the side of the helmet of Eagles receiver Jeremy Maclin, violating Rule 12, Section 2, Article 9 of the league's rules pertaining to contact against a player deemed to be in a vulnerable position.
This is the second time in as many seasons the 29-year-old South Carolina product has been penalized for a hit on a defenseless Philadelphia player.
Last October, Robinson was fined $25,000 for an illegal and violent open-field hit on Eagles wideout DeSean Jackson. Both players sustained concussions upon impact.
