Charleston, IL – Eastern Illinois coach Bob Spoo has dismissed defensive lineman Mike Letton and wide receiver Kenny Whittaker from the football team for a violation of team rules.
Letton, a senior, has appeared in all eight games for the Panthers this season, recording nine tackles.
Whittaker, a junior, led the team with 42 catches for 409 yards and a touchdown.
