The Anaheim Ducks signed right wing Kyle Palmieri to a three-year contract on Friday.

The 22-year-old appeared in all seven of Anaheim's playoff games against the Detroit Red Wings last season. He tied for the lead in playoff goals on the team with three and totaled five points. During the lockout shortened regular season, the right winger played in 42 games for the Ducks while collecting 10 goals and 21 points.

In 70 career games with the Ducks, Palmieri has registered 15 goals, 14 assists and 15 penalty minutes with a +4 rating.

The New York native was selected 26th overall by Anaheim in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft and was recently invited to attend the U.S. Men's National Team Orientation Camp that will take place in August.
