Drew Brees may be 36 years old, but he's not showing any signs of slowing down. Through five games in 2015, Brees has topped 300 yards passing four times. During the New Orleans Saints' impressive victory over the previously undefeated Atlanta Falcons on Thursday night, Brees got one step closer to breaking another NFL record.

According to Michael David Smith of Pro Football Talk, Brees is now the second player in NFL history with 90 games of at least 300 passing yards.

The man he's chasing? None other than Peyton Manning. Brees is two games away from a tie with Manning at the top, but as we've seen, the Denver Broncos quarterback has only topped 300 yards one time in 2015.

At the very least, this will be a fun race to watch over the next few weeks, but there's plenty of reason to believe that Brees could surpass Manning for the No. 1 spot.
