Over the past two games, the Miami Dolphins have scored just 28 points while Ryan Tannehill has been sacked five times. The Dolphins haven't been without their skill players this season, but they were without a key contributor: Branden Albert.

The Dolphins' left tackle has missed the past two games with a hamstring injury, leaving Tannehill very susceptible to blindside hits. Fortunately, it sounds like the Dolphins will get their best offensive lineman back when they take the field next in Week 6.

"I'm energized," Albert said via James Walker of ESPN. "Me personally, I'm ready to help this team. I'm highly motivated, highly determined. So I'm ready to roll."

Albert missed most of training camp while he was recovering from a torn ACL suffered last season, but he was able to get healthy in time for the season opener. Unfortunately, Albert suffered a hamstring injury in Week 2 and has been sidelined since.

He did practice on Wednesday, interim head coach Dan Campbell's first practice. To make his presence known, Campbell put his players through the Oklahoma drill -- a drill to increase players' toughness. Albert did participate, and even took the first rep.

"I'm a little bit too old to do the Oklahoma [drill]," Albert joked after practice. "But it was a lot of good energy out there and it's what we needed right now."

Albert and the Dolphins can be sure to see more drills like that over the next week in preparation for Week 6. Campbell is focused on making this team tougher, and it's already begun.
