Dolphins defensive tackle Randy Starks inactive for Miami's game against Raiders in London

Miami Dolphins defensive tackle Randy Starks is inactive for Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders at Wembley Stadium.

Starks didn't participate in practice this week and was ruled out Friday. The game will be the first he has missed since joining the Dolphins in 2008.

Other Dolphins inactives are running back Knowshon Moreno, center Mike Pouncey, linebacker Koa Misi, linebacker Chris McCain, guard Shelley Smith and guard Billy Turner.

For the Raiders, wide receiver Rod Streater is inactive along with backup quarterback Matt Schaub, wide receiver Denarius Moore, linebacker Nick Roach, linebacker Sio Moore, guard Tony Bergstrom and tackle Matt McCants.
