The medical license of a onetime USA Gymnastics doctor accused of sexually assaulting dozens of women -- and at least one girl -- was revoked Thursday, the Indianapolis Star reported.
Larry Nassar won't get his license back for at least three years and must pay $100,000 to do so, a spokesman for the Dept. of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs told the newspaper. Nassar's attorney declined comment.

Nassar faces more than two dozen criminal charges, most related to sexual assault accusations, according to the newspaper. In one case, Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette's office accused him of sexually abusing a girl younger than 13 between 1998 and 2005.
Nassar has denied the charges against him.
Lawyers for the accusers asked a federal judge in Lansing to intervene Tuesday and strike an order that bars attorneys and the alleged victims from talking publicly.
Nassar left Indianapolis-based USA Gymnastics in 2015.
