As if Texas A&M fans needed any extra reason to panic, star freshman receiver Christian Kirk appears to have recently had surgery, although the Aggies have yet to confirm the news.

The 2015 SEC Freshman of the Year, Kirk set an A&M single-season record for all-purpose yards by a freshman with 1,659, scored nine touchdowns and lead the nation with a 24.4 punt return yard average in his first college season.

Kirk sent out this message recently via his Twitter account, suggesting he under went some form of procedure:

In A&M's latest game, the freshman caught a career-best 10 passes against Louisville in the Music City Bowl and did not appear to suffer an injury on the field.
