Felicia Chester scored 19 points and Keisha Hampton added 18 to help No. 14 DePaul beat South Florida 77-61 on Tuesday night for the Blue Demons' 13th win in 14 games.

Taylor Pikes had 17 points and 10 rebounds while Anna Martin had 14 points for DePaul (16-2, 4-0 Big East). It's the first time in school history that the Blue Demons have started 4-0 in the Big East.

Andrea Smith scored 16 points for South Florida (9-9, 0-4), which has lost five straight.

DePaul led by eight at the half before South Florida went on a a 12-6 run to close to 43-41 on Leondra Doomes-Stephens' 3-pointer with 15:38 left in the game.

That woke up the Blue Demons, who used an 11-3 spurt over the next 4:47 to open up a 56-46 advantage. South Florida would get on closer than eight the rest of the way.

The Bulls led twice in the opening 4 minutes, but back-to-back 3 pointers by Martin and Pikes gave DePaul a 14-10 lead and the Blue Demons never trailed again.
