Dan Quinn isn't your normal NFL coach. He handles practices differently, he handles players differently. He just does things differently.

As Terence Moore of Sports On Earth reports, Quinn literally asked the reporter what song he wants to hear at practice the next day.

Literally, he asked Moore what he wanted to hear.

"We take song requests for practice. Are you going to be around tomorrow? What do you want to hear?" Quinn reportedly asked Moore.

That's definitely a new one, but it's more than just the fact that he takes song requests, as apparently he likes to offer a ridiculously wide range of music for the players to listen to at practice. Don't believe it? Just check out the following tweet from Quinn himself.

That's quite the list. The players, well, they seem to love him. As running back Devonta Freeman stated, he thinks of Quinn as his "big unc ."

"That's my big unc . I call him my unc ," Devonta Freeman told Sports On Earth. With emotion in his voice, Freeman added of Quinn, "We just family like that. We've got a relationship, man. We're cool like that."

Quinn is quickly becoming a fan favorite, while also getting rave reviews from players. With that said, what's not to love about a coach who gives players songs from musicians ranging from Kanye West, to Linkin Park, to the Red Hot Chili Peppers, to Common?
