The Arizona Diamondbacks agreed to terms with hander and first-round draft pick Archie Bradley on Monday.

"We are ecstatic Archie is an Arizona Diamondback," said club senior vice president Jerry Dipoto. "This negotiation was the final piece of our plan for the 2011 draft and we are thrilled we were able to complete the deal."

Bradley, an 18-year-old out of Broken Arrow High School in Oklahoma, went 12-1 with an 0.29 earned run average, 137 strikeouts and 11 walks over 71 1/3 innings. Bradley, who was taken with the seventh overall selection in the draft, also hit .395 with nine home runs and 31 RBI.
