Irving, TX – Dallas Cowboys linebacker Anthony Spencer signed his franchise tender Monday.
The 28-year-old Spencer has started all but one game (47-of-48) the past three seasons.
For his career, the 2007 first-rounder has registered 266 tackles, 21 1/2 sacks, nine forced fumbles and one interception in 76 games, all with Dallas.
