Could LA Kings analyst Jim Fox pass NHL physical? We put him to the test

Jim Fox spent his entire nine-season NHL career with the LA Kings.

Now, a fan favorite as one of FOX Sports West's Kings' analysts, a huge wine enthusiast, and the commissioner of the new LA Kings High School Hockey League, Fox was put through the ringer of the new NHL physical testing process.

Along the way, Fox was assisted by Matt Price, Los Angeles' Strength and Conditioning coach, and students from the CSULB Kinesiology Grad Program.

This year, NHL players must go through the entire testing process -- the only time of the season this must happen -- while individual tests will be used throughout the year to track progress.
