Win one. Lose one. Win one. Lose one. And, repeat.

That's how it has gone this puzzling season for the New York Jets. Ten games with five wins and five losses — all in alternating weeks.

Coming off a bye week, the Jets were stunningly flat in an embarrassing blowout loss to the Buffalo Bills. Geno Smith was benched again after another turnover-filled performance, yet the Jets (5-5) still somehow control their playoff destiny.

But the postseason seems a long way off for Rex Ryan's maddeningly inconsistent bunch. Ryan insists his team will get better, and Smith will remain the starting quarterback this week against the Baltimore Ravens (4-6).

Smith says he's not worried about his job security despite one touchdown and eight interceptions in his past five games.
