Connor Hellebuyck makes 27 saves; Jets get rare road win, beat Sharks 4-1

Connor Hellebuyck made 27 saves, Drew Stafford scored a short-handed goal and the Winnipeg Jets beat the San Jose Sharks 4-1 on Saturday night to end a six-game road losing streak.

Joel Armia, a first-round pick by Buffalo in 2011, scored for his first NHL point. Mathieu Perrault and Nikolaj Ehlers also had goals and Winnipeg won its third in four games.

San Jose's Brent Burns scored his 16th goal, most among NHL defensemen. The Sharks are still looking for their first winning streak in San Jose this season and fell to a league-worst 5-11 at home.

Martin Jones had 17 saves on 20 shots before replaced by Alex Stalock for the third period. Stalock had six saves.
