Indianapolis Colts Pro Bowl safety Mike Adams left Sunday's 27-24 win over the Denver Broncos in the second quarter with an ankle and did not return.

Adams was hurt trying to advance the ball after intercepting Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning. Per ESPN's Mike Wells, Adams was helped off the field and replaced by Colt Anderson.

After the game, Adams tweeted he was doing fine.

The 12-year veteran is tied with Oakland's Charles Woodson for the NFL lead interceptions with five.
