Colgate will play only four home games in its 2012 football schedule announced on Friday.

The Patriot League squad, coming off a 5-6 season, will play at Andy Kerr Stadium against Sacred Heart (Sept. 15) in a non-league game and Holy Cross (Oct. 13, Homecoming), Georgetown (Oct. 20) and Lafayette (Nov. 3) in league action.

The Raiders will play road games against Albany (Sept. 1), South Dakota (Sept. 8), Stony Brook (Sept. 22) and Yale (Sept. 29) in non-league action as well as Patriot rivals Bucknell (Oct. 27), Lehigh (Nov. 10) and Fordham (Nov. 17).

The Fordham game has not counted toward the Patriot League standings in the last two seasons. The league has yet to announce whether Fordham, which again will offer athletic scholarships in the season before the rest of the league can do the same, is eligible for the championship.
