The Los Angeles Clippers signed free agent journeyman forward Matt Barnes to an undisclosed contract on Friday.

In 63 games played for the Lakers last season, Barnes tallied 7.8 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.

This marks Barnes' second stint with the Clippers. After signing with Los Angeles as a free agent rookie in 2003-04, he averaged 4.5 points and 4.0 rebounds in 38 games played that season.

The nine-year pro has averaged 7.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 21.3 minutes per contest over his 560-game career.

A UCLA product, Barnes has also suited up for the Suns, Kings, Knicks, 76ers, Warriors and Magic.
