With the 2017 NFL season just five short months away, Russell Wilson is busy at work.
Wilson used USC's facilities to get a workout in with his Seattle teammates.
The Seahawks quarterback posted a video on Tuesday morning, showing himself throwing routes with receivers and giving an impactful speech.
