Caulker signs new deal with Tottenham

London, England – Tottenham signed defender Steven Caulker to a new four-year contract Thursday.

The 20-year-old Caulker has made only one appearance for Tottenham, two years ago in the League Cup, but become a regular for England's Under-21 team and is a member of Great Britain's Olympic squad.

Caulker spent last season on loan at Swansea City, where he played 26 games in the Premier League. He has also had loan spells at Bristol City and Yeovil.
