Milwaukee, WI – St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Matt Holliday left Tuesday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers after being hit by a pitch.
The injury occurred in the top of the first inning when Randy Wolf hit Holliday with a fastball just above his left knee.
Holliday initially remained in the game but was then replaced in the field by Jon Jay in the bottom of the second.
