DENVER – Arizona quarterback Drew Stanton is being evaluated for a concussion after being hit by Von Miller in the third quarter Sunday.
Stanton was letting go of a pass when the Denver Broncos hybrid linebacker hit him in the chest area. Stanton sat on the bench before he was taken into the locker room.
Third-string QB Logan Thomas took his place on the next possession.
Stanton was making his third straight start with quarterback Carson Palmer out because of a nerve problem in his throwing shoulder. The 30-year-old Stanton is 11 of 26 for 118 yards.
Arizona defensive end Calais Campbell left the game with a right knee injury. His return is questionable.
Denver running back Montee Ball also is questionable after suffering a groin injury in the third quarter.
