As the time draws closer for International team captain Nick Price to finalize his Presidents Cup team, he's not concerned about personnel so much as boosting the spirit of the players he has.

Price is in charge of an International side which has a woeful 1-7-1 record against the United States in the biennial competition, to be played in October about 2 hours away at Muirfield Village in suburban Columbus.

The 56-year-old Hall of Famer, a winner of three major championships and 18 PGA Tour titles, competed in five Presidents Cups. He hopes to conjure up the memories of the lone victory in 1998 at Royal Melbourne.

Price still marvels at what it felt like to lift the trophy — and wants his players to experience it, too.
