The Vancouver Canucks have acquired left wing round draft pick from the Florida Panthers in exchange for right wing Mikael Samuelsson and left wing Marco Sturm.

The Canucks announced the trade shortly after Saturday's 3-2 overtime win against Minnesota.

Booth, 26, has registered 87 goals and 80 assists in 309 career games -- all with the Panthers, who selected him in the second round (53rd overall) of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.

The 35-year-old Reinprecht, who was a member of the Colorado Avalanche team that won the Stanley Cup in 2001, has 140 goals and 382 points in 663 career games with five clubs.

Samuelsson, 34, played 37 games with Florida during the 2003-04 season. For his career, he has notched 135 goals and 179 assists in 621 games.

The 33-year-old Sturm has 239 goals and 482 points in 896 career games.
