The Boston Bruins announced Wednesday that they have signed forward Gregory Campbell to a three-year contract and reached an agreement in principle with forward Chris Kelly on a four-year contract.

Both players helped the Bruins capture the 2011 Stanley Cup.

Campbell will receive $1.6 million annually, while Kelly's new deal will be worth an average of $3 million yearly.

The 28-year-old Campbell saw his production decline during his second season in Boston. His goal total dropped from 13 to eight and he registered 13 fewer points (29-16) in 2011-12.

In 521 career games with Florida and Boston, Campbell has 50 goals and 80 assists.

Kelly, 31, set personal-bests with 20 goals and 39 points this past season.

For his career, Kelly has 97 goals and 123 assists in 569 games with Ottawa and Boston.
