De La Rosa gave up two runs and three hits in two innings. Archie Bradley followed him to the mound and pitched two scoreless innings.

Non-roster outfielder Kyle Jensen also homered for Arizona, a two-run shot in the sixth, and shortstop Jean Segura went 3 for 3 as the D-backs' leadoff hitter. Paul Goldschmidt went 0 for 3.
