Milwaukee Bucks forward Drew Gooden has been suspended one game without pay for his flagrant foul in Monday's game against the Charlotte Bobcats, announced Stu Jackson, NBA executive vice president of basketball operations.

Gooden was called for a flagrant foul two after making "excessive contact with the head of Henderson," the NBA's release said. The incident occurred with 27.3 seconds left in the third quarter of the Bucks' 96-95 loss.

Gooden will miss the Bucks' home opener Tuesday against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
