(STATS) - Bryant will kick off the James Perry coaching era on Sept. 2 at home against Merrimack as part of its 11-game schedule that was announced Monday.

Perry, who arrived at the Northeast Conference program after serving as Princeton's offensive coordinator for seven years, will employ a fast-paced attack with the Bulldogs.

After facing Merrimack, Bryant's former NE-10 rival on the Division II level, the Bulldogs' other home games at Beirne Stadium will be against Patriot League power Fordham (Sept. 23) and NEC rivals Saint Francis (Oct. 14), Sacred Heart (Nov. 4) and Duquesne (Nov. 18). SFU and Duquesne shared the 2016 NEC title.

The Bulldogs finished 5-6 last season.
